I was going to say....surely you knew where the fuse box was as you'd turned off the power before changing the light fitting.....

There is certainly some inconsistency in the story.As I've certainly never been that daft. But then it was a few years ago, so it's possible that the light fitting was done after the fuse box incident - my memory may well be failing me.
