With high speed liftsthis only works if you jump exactly at the point the car begins to move. After that you will be traveling down at the same rate as the car. I suppose if you did it after each stop you could do it three times. It's not that nauseating though, I can only assume the pukee in question was hungover or had a weak stomach.
