A friend of mine is an IT project managerhe knows nothing technical, works from home most days and has this week off, despite taking a month off at the start of the year.

But is he good at his job?If so then there's no problem.
It's when people are shit at their job, don't know what they are suppossed to be doing, and get rewarded with pay rises, time off and working from home, that I get pissed off.
