That's a fuck of a lot for local stuff.
My ex's dad bought a bottle of Speckled Hen for around that but that is, at least, an import and was in one of Oslo's most expensive areas.
If you drink the standard local stuff I found it's like drinking "premium lager" in the UK. The wines at Vinmonopolet looked cheaper to me than they would be here too.
My advice for drinkers going to Norway though is to buy some aquavit in the duty free when you land -- it's half the price it is in the wine monopoly and is OK with customs.

That's a bit sharp
but I spend a fair bit of time in Tromso and Trondheim and can confirm at least a tenner a pint is standard. It's just down to taxation so it makes no real odds whether it is local or not, though.

Sounds like Oslo is a bit cheaper.
The local bottled stuff like Ø was around £10. For a pint of the cheap domestic lager in my local it was about £6.

yeah, Trondheim particularly surprises me as it's a massive student town.
something like 18,000 students at the Uni there. But I have never found a pint for less than about £7.50ish.
