Insurance fraud. My mums mate served three months for that. Shed throw wine on carpets she wanted to replace and claim for thefts that never happened to items that never existed. Her neighbour grassed her up after they fell out.

The contents missing from the house and what the thief admitted to having were very different things and the householders were charged and convicted for numerous offences, insurance fraud being one of them.
