no need for buttons on that telly it had three small knobs for on/volume brightness and contrast and one nick big knob with a shiny end that you had to fiddle about with to get stuff to come up on the screen.

My parents just had a really old black and white telly that I had in my room in 1988. I thought all ZX Speccy games were greyscale until I snuck it downstairs one day and hooked it up to the colour tv.

The music used to fascinate our dog, and she'd stand up and put her paws near the speaker and drag all the sliders to the bottom. It got trippy.
