You see, this is how those pesky religion-thingys start: a slightly different take on a standard story formula gets knocked about the zeitgeist; tweak a little here, character-develop a little there; and before you can say 'Jerusalem', one half of the globe is spitting venom and blowing the other half to somewhere that doesn't technically exist.
