That's stupid.
If you have money and no weed, you can buy weed. So money can get you through times of no weed jolly nicely.

occaisonally there's a weed drought and not even the dealers have any, this is times of no weed, at these times you can't get any no matter how much you pay and are reduced to searching the floor below where you usually skin up for what could possibly, in a good light, be either a tiny bit of weed or some dust.
