The Grand Buffet near Oxford Road station in Manchester
does this. All-you-can-eat curry. It's always full of students, silently concentrating on packing in as much food as possible for their fiver. With a free ice cream.
When I go there I sit on the thoughtfully-provided 'recovery sofa' for ten minutes before using the disabled exit with the helpful handrail.
