Yep it's not easy......
To spend that kind of money in Bulgaria, unless it's at the Sheraton. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that has a lap-dancing bar in the basement! The drinks are extortionate by most standards but astronomically expensive by Bulgarian standards.
I really liked the place but, then again, someone else was paying!

The hotel Rus in Kiev has one too as I recall.
