sledgingI've just been for a medical and the army doc has bollocked me for putting on two stone (28 pounds or 14kg BTW if anyone has any good ideas to loose weight fast I want to know ) scince I left the mob.
What the fuck have you been doing smiler, reservists have a duty to stay in shape etc etc.
I could only think of Shane Warnes infamous sledge and replied
