Risk Assessments and Manual HandlingMy boss has decided that as Im so good at filling out risk assessments (it's all just cut and paste baby!!) next week I will be on a Train the Trainer risk assessment and manual handling course.
I will then be the cunt at the front of the classroom telling all and sundry how to do the fucking obvious.

Done thatUnder all the obvious boring shite there are actually one or two useful nuggets.
My technique was always to look bored then perk up when the useful things (lift with knees, not back etc.) rocked up.
If you perk up your class perks up.
