hah yeah bet they loved that!petrol on the fire and all that.
he's also rumoured to be a timelord, is horace. hasn't aged a day in the last 20+ years he's been around finchley by all accounts. it's suspected that in discovering the secret to eternal life and time travel it has caused him to go a tad loopy.

One Boy looking at ladders on a sunny day...Horace isn't a tramp, and he was mentioned many times in the "Local Nutters" QOTW a couple of years back. nothing but nice things to say about him, he always brightened my day and parted with a jovial "BEST OF LUCK!!".
