Hey I thought I was the only oneNot strictly wellingtonian, but lived here 3 years. Did you see BlankyMan even had his own photoexhibition in the Paramount.
About him, I will say, he is one of the few people in the city centre that will make eye contact. Except he's usually off his face from his magical V can.
