My Great-Uncle left me his visitors book which along with boring people like the Queen and Harold Wilson has Spike Milligan's signature in it. It's all loopy.

HmmmWell, he has to be able to:
wear a hat
fetch cake
guard the cave against nasty intruders
and sing the b3ta national anthem (don't know what this is... what would it be?!)
