I haven't seen much mention of itbut I really go light headed when a lady starts getting vocal when she is turned on. From light gasps and moans of pleasure to all out screaming and almost crying. For added effect, being really noisy when you shouldn't and risking getting caught (parents in the next room, say) sends me right over the edge.
Also it is really good when someone is totally comfortable with themselves around you i.e. don't have a problem being seen naked in daylight, masturbating in front of you or letting you watch them take a shower (I do mean inviting you to watch, not voyeurism or anything).
