Nigella Pussycat says: Tell us about utter twats doing remarkably twatty things. Or have you ever done something really twattish to a friend, loved one or pet? In summary: Twats

Perhaps too simple I'll admit
But I'd happily watch those who unnecessarily stay in the middle lane of motorways be gassed like badgers.
I routinely drive on motorways during very slow times of the day and some drivers seem afraid of the leftmost lanes, needlessly forcing others into the rightmost lane.

On the other hand
The left hand lane is usually a rutted cart track from all the 40 ton artics that bumble along it 24/7.
The problem is drivers who are unaware they're blocking the lane. I'll normally sit in the middle lane, but move over if someone can't get into lane 3 because of traffic.
If you want me to move over so you don't have to move yourself, well, you'll live.

Can't remember what the qotw was,
but someone here posted something similar. One of the replies detailed how they like to overtake members of the Middle Lane Owners' Club, then pull in to the left and slow down so the MLOC member overtakes them. And repeat...

Cheshire/Staffordshire M6 seems to be the home of the lane insensitive. ...
Coming home from hols last week, going around 65(saving fuel and stress).Without fail every time one wagon overtook another a queue of 25+ middle sized German cars built up in the outside lane. In the same length of the middle lane were 3 cars. In the inside lane me, alone with 500 yards of nothing in front and behind. Sure enough one brakes in the queue, too close as usual, all behind do the same. Thus I pass 20 cars in my empty lane.
Lane misuse happens in all lanes, people are selfish cunts who don't plan ahead or anticipate others. No wonder every day's traffic news contains an accident between j21 and j13.

You just don't understand
The left lane is the SLOW lane; we couldn't be seen there. That's why it never features a Merc, Audi or BMW - they're much too fast. Twats who really hate being blown off by an old git in an old dirty Citroen . . . or is that a dirty old git in a Citroen?
