I once worked in a casino, got the full roulette/chip handling training. There were a few airheads working there, including a guy who used to indicate that he found something funny by saying, "Lol!"

Did you
rip his fucking throat out with something vaguely sharp and excessively rusty, for example a fence railing?
My daughter used to say it for a while, but I let her off because she was 12.

Now and then I'll say "Rofl rofl rofl" or "Roflmao" aloud to my daughter, but only as it's an inside joke between us. However, I will say "Shall we GTFO?" when getting ready to leave a restaurant. Most people get it and chuckle.
