Valid pointI can see that being a concern (especially if you're not a big pub/bar chain), but that means I'll always go somewhere else; I have a few locals where they never ID.
Perhaps it depends on the type of bar/pub, too? Everyone knows of at least one pub with a reputation for serving underage drinkers in their town, don't they?
