Old men's nutsacks
are not pleasant.

However, I have on occasion witnessed the odd minge flap on display while swimming, as well as one occasion in which a young lady's tits kept popping out of her top (it was a strappy top thing, rather than proper swimwear) each time she pushed off from the end. She put them in again before each length (stop sniggering at the back), but for most of the time she was swimming with her nipples on full display.

Doesn't happen often though.

There's a women who swims where I do who's probably in her early 50s (they all seem to be approaching or beyond retirement) that has a similar problem with her swimsuit - not quite as pleasent as your somewhat more attractive sounding young lady.

To be fair they look quite good (and the aforementioned old blokes seem to enjoy copping a look) but then the added buoyancy from the water probably hides any saggage.
