Tales of the Unexplained
While working nights in a small country hospital, my Mom and the other nurse had just finished one of the rounds and they heard a massive noise, it sounded like it was in the hall outside of the ward near the kitchen, so thinking it was a patient they ran to the area to find the metal plate with the knives and forks from the dining room on the floor outside the locked kitchen. A patient count was done and all were in bed, so how did the metal plate end up outside the kitchen, if a patient had done it, why would they, and another thing is, that to get back to bed the was only one way and that was past the nurse left on the ward, and also they would have passed the nurses who ran to the noise.
