Something spooky and unexplained?
I did an appraisal on a property the opther day and today I had the meeting with the owners to do my presentation thingy.....
and they agreed! My first listing!
What could be more unexplainable than that?
(despite the fact that I did REALLY work my arse off, but that's never seemed to matter before)

no...
it was definitely not my first fisting.
I would never do that, let alone brag about it on the web.
I just started sales in real estate and this will be my first listing, and a million dollar property at that!
I'm really proud of myself as I spent hours on a presentation package thingy, when everyone else at my agency only writes a letter.
And they said they trusted me because I didn't talk shit at them and was up front and honest. A rare trait ion this industry.
