It's strange you should mention that...
...I had something similar happen to me.

Two weeks ago, a mate of mine died in a fatal car crash. But, on the morning, I woke up with a huge start, like someone had made a loud noise or hit me or something similar. Anyway, with such a start, I grabbed my phone to look at the time. The time was 9:48.

Later, I got the bad news about my mate, but in the report was something that scared the shit out of me. The accident happened around 10am that morning.

It's obviously been a strange coincidence, but it scared the hell out of me.
