I get thisfairly regularly, where I remember conversations or situations with very particular surroundings, especially when I've not been there before.
I've noticed this halfway through a conversation recently, and instead of continuing the conversation as per the Deja Vu, I've changed the subject to see what happened.
Nothing much did and sadly I was expecting an eXistenZ style repeat until I got the right words :(
