Starting something you couldn't finish
Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

Bought a new bathroom suite a year ago...
...with every intention of installing it. Everything new, even new tiles. I now have a bathroom with half of the tiles removed, and a full bathroom suite and tiles in my living room.
I'll get around to finishing it one day... Maybe next year.

I have a bucket of grout, a grout saw, sponge and sealant to fix my tile floor in the bathroom.
Circa 2007. Not touched.

Be careful it doesn't snowball
We started by trying to install a shower in November 2007. Quickly this turned into redoing the whole bathroom, to get access we removed the kitchen ceiling which obviously meant it was a good idea to put in a new kitchen/utility area. Then whilst we were at it we decided to build an extension and renovate the rest of the house to bring the heating/electrics and insulation up to scratch. At this point in time I've been living in a caravan in a building site for 14 months...
I predict by 2011 I'll be camping. In a bog. With sharks.
