Starting something you couldn't finish
Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

Love that game
I just wish there were better TD games out there. The standard seems to be stuck in 2007 with no real improvements since.

I also love that game.
Although it's only worth playing on 'ground only' mode. Those planes get too strong too quickly.
I've never scored more than 80,000 either.

I do the standard mode
and can usually get through the game no problem until the last 3 or 4 levels - then I just don't have the firepower.
I quite liked the original Warcraft TD 1 & 2, and I liked the Balloons one.

If we're thinking of the same Desktop TD
then it goes up to 50. Then if you survive it takes your score taking into account lives lost, time, etc (I think).
The last waves are (2nd last) flying boss and (last) super fat ground boss. My air defence can never cope with the flying boss.

You're all confusing
Warzone Tower Defense
with
Desktop Tower Defense
different games.

No it isn't
I am far from the most skilled of video gamers but I managed to finish it on the hardest setting after a bit of effort. You just build a maze with the pellet towers and go for quality over quantity ( upgrade the f--k out of them) when it comes to your squirt towers (and anti aircraft guns),and don't waste dollars on the any of the rest. worked for me any way.

Is it cheating...
...to build and remove, build and remove, etc, so that you're sending them down one way - then back again - so that they're essentially stuck within your maze? 'cos that's what all the YouTube videos show people doing. (I only looked cos I was annoyed at how sophisticated I thought my defence was, only to see them swan past it easily...)
