Haha!I sense it is weary of being cornholed and she wants you to empathise. Having had a medical I can relate to your story of pain, it's fucking horrible!! Although I am sure gay guys would disagree. I would think of something to replace the brown void that will be left with no anal, maybe try a cock ring.
