Well that's gotta depend...If it's an accidental glance as you walk past the toilet door that has been left slightly open....that's ok.
However, if you're watching from underneath with your mouth open while she squirts one out...then that's just proper wrong.

Open doorwe have ensuite bathroom - she's always in there with door open, chatting to me from the toilet. But it's been like that for X years so normal. ANd I guess not voyeurism if she makes sure I can see her. And I agree with pooflake's perspicacious observation.
