I once paid a small fortune to a solicitor in a legal case. She got lost on the way to court, turned up late with the wrong papers and started an argument with the judge, who told her to "shut up, for the love of God". A stunning investment.

I bought the lease for an Enterprise Inns pub
not a waste of money yet, but ask me after the farcical rent review.

Trust me
Save the money for a couple of years and you can buy the flats that the pub used to be on. That way Enterprise will only mug you once.
