I bought the "Stop Smoking Without Putting On Weight" booknot for me, one for my sister and one for
The "Stop Smoking in 60 Minutes" DVD seems to be a good bet as well. Sister's fiance is going to have a crack at that, 'cos he can't be arsed to read the book.
Of course, another thing to consider is that one a day = £100 a year. 20 a day? That's a brand new decent-brand plasma TV every six months.
