Complain loudly and repeatedly to both the retailer and SkyMention words like "mis-selling" and "fraud" and see if you get anywhere. Send the letters or e-mails to the local shop branch, to the respective customer service departments and the CEO's offices (a lot of corporate head honcho e-mail addresses have been published on the web.)
A letter has got to be worth the £90 they're ripping you off.
