The only phrase Sky reacts to is:"Ok I'll just cancel my account, can you put me through to cancellations please?"
The phone monkey will put you on hold briefly, while they talk to a supervisor, and then give you exactly what you want.
I had our sky box, that went pop but was out of warranty, completely replaced doing that.
