Waste of money
I once paid a small fortune to a solicitor in a legal case. She got lost on the way to court, turned up late with the wrong papers and started an argument with the judge, who told her to "shut up, for the love of God". A stunning investment.
Thanks to golddust for the suggestion

Not, then, a waste of money if you enjoy them?
I'd be in the same boat if I could, inherited a couple of civil war type ones and a sword-stick. Always wanted the real deal folded wise. *Keeps saving*

It's more a waste from the outside perspective, I can see why people might call it a waste.
