Hi,I've recently been diagnosed with a gluten and lactose intolerance and haven't had any decent cake for about a year now... I miss cake.
How much would I have to pay you to make me a nice cake?! :( I made cup-cakes with my nephew with gluten free flour and lots of red food dye and my sister found one 3 months later and it still looked ok, still bright red anyway but it was rock hard! :( I can help with the bakery though. I've been told I make good cake and I have a sheep and a rabbit cake tins! :)
