Joking aside...Sex works really well for me, when I'm single and sleepless I can't wait to get into a relationship so I can get some bloody sleep again!
Failing that, eat at 7pm at the latest. Go for a short walk about 9pm, don't watch TV or play computer games after 9pm, go and have a bath, with lavender in it, read a book by dull light and see how you go.
I struggle with insomnia but if I've had a really bad few weeks I use this routine and it works pretty well for me.
