I witnessed a crime
Freddy Woo writes, "A group of us once staggered home so insensible with drink that we failed to notice someone being killed and buried in a shallow grave not more than 50 yards away. A crime unsolved to this day."
Have you witnessed a crime and done bugger all about it? Or are you a have-a-go hero?
Whatever. Tell us about it...

Not a lawyer...
But a CCTV engineer, and the new 2008 Code of Practice states that:
"In areas where people have a heightened expectation of privacy, such as changing rooms or toilet
areas, cameras should only be used in the most exceptional circumstances where it is necessary
to deal with very serious concerns. In these cases, you should make extra effort to ensure that
those under surveillance are aware"
Is it in every cubicle, or only in the actual washroom area itself? I've had to put a few in colleges that only cover the washbasins, entrance door etc, and cubicle doors, and avoid the urinals in the gents. You'd be on a very sticky wicket if you took it to court, as they have stated its against vandalism- but not if its in every cubicle. As long as they are focussing on main areas only, and can tell who has used what cubicle, its legal.
