@ markstaThe police told me several times how the younger chavs were under ASBCs, meaning that if they got caught doing this kind of shit then their parents would lose their council flats, but nothing ever seemed to come of it - the police never caught them in the act, so to speak, and though we got a couple of promising emails back from the safer neighbourhoods team regarding photographs we sent them (never mind that it was six months after we sent them) that never seemed to come to anything either. Depressing all round.
