This is a question Workplace Boredom

There's got to be more to your working day than loafing around the internet, says tfi049113. How do you fill those long, empty desperate hours?

Puppy
In November 2007 I left my former employers "by mutual consent".

"Mutual" on their part, obviously.

Since then, I've been freelancing.

In early October last year, we got a new puppy.

In late October, we moved next door but one to Blenheim Palace (okay, the palace itself is half a mile away, but the gate into the park is only 100 yards or so away, and the wall is at the end of our garden).

So, instead of working/touting for work, a lot of my time is spent taking this little bundle of fun for walks around Blenheim Park:

Best waste of time ever :o)

Your dog wears clothes.
A dog is not meant to wear clothes. I hope you don't carry it around as well in a bag.
This is what I do to pass the time at work, slowly shake my head at people who make dogs wear clothes. It looks spazzy.
*slowly shakes head*

They keep her warm
Which is no bad thing with this cold spell we are having given that she still has her puppy fur.

And no bag, she gets to walk everywhere.

Sorry
I shouldn't have been so quick too judge the little fluffy puppy, I live in a fairly warm country and forget about the poor puppies in the cold.
No carrying it around in bags though or it will turn fat and explode.

Dogs take up a lot of time.
And I'm selfish.
