We had a better oneWe used to switch the keys around (like the @, the % and the ~) then phone the help desk .. who woud send a bozo armed with a memory stick and the "5 standard keymaps" that solved any keyboard issues for the standard company keyboards .. oh yes, standardisation is a wonderful thing.
Poor little sods would end up pulling their hair out.
