Work ExperienceWe've got a work experience kid in for a couple of weeks and he'll do anything you tell him to... He's was in the server room most of yesterday monitoring the network activity lights - he almost missed his lunch till we took pity on him.

Lubricants 2Golddust's post has just reminded me.
I did a year placement (wasn't posh enough to have a gap year) at a petrochemical company that sounds a bit like "Hell".
Turned up on the first day and was delivered to the section I'd be working in.
And what was that?
Lubricants and Special Products.
Can you imagine what it does for your social life when people ask you what you do for a living and you reply...
"I test lubricants."
