I know what you mean. Some of the rangers can cope with change and have adapted to using Facebook and twitter as part of their job (as well as CRM and other things old school rangers didn't have to do). As for Malcolm, the failing is with management as he should have been dismissed many years ago. The only thing he can do is a basic bird survey or follow others!
