Recipe for you...get some pudding or risotto rice and cook gently with milk, spring onion, salt, pepper and a little garlic. Let it soak up the milk a lá rice puddding.
Place a layer of the cooked rice mixture in a rammekin(sp?) and crack an egg on top. Cover the raw egg in more of the rice mixture, top with a little cheese and bake in the oven till golden on top.
Eat and enjoy.
