Hmmm...
Even if you did break it, trying to get a replacement is not fraud, as you're not trying to defraud them out of any money - you don't stand to gain anything.

Unless, of course, you've taken all the insides out and are trying to return an empty case to them.

You could put all the bits together inside a new, customised case and sell it on ebay as a 'woo'
