The whole thing is the Scotland flag with the red bits from the English and Irish flags on top.
And a bit of a white border for the English bit.

I like the idea that because it is not symetrical
Flying it upside down would by un-noticable to enemies yet would send a distress signal secretly to possible reinforcements.
