It's a fucking insane law
but it does punish the man and woman equally, so it's not exactly specifically treating women badly. It's just absolutely bonkers.

Then she got another 110 lashes and 6 months in prison. Assuming that after her brutal 7 man gangrape she survives the 110 lashes.
