Well the battery is fucked
And Dell reckons it's about £130 to replace, that's virtually the price of a warranty itself. I know I can get it for well under 1/2 that price but still...

Yeah, that's where I'm getting it from if Dell don't sort it within 5 days
(the time I have left on this warranty!)

Where do you get the battery calibration programme from? my battery doesn't hold charge at all right now so it may be too late
