Of course men can be raped by women. And there's statutory rape when grown women sleep with boys under age 16.
And if two people are equally drunk and sleep with each other, and both regret it, then who raped whom? Neither. Blame shouldn't go to the male by default if both were blind drunk and agreed to sex in that state.
