I like Philip K Dick
Ubik was good, and A Maze of Death should be read purely for its ridiculousness.

I like Ubik, haven't read the other one.
My favourite novel of his is probably A Scanner Darkly, although many of his short stories are also excellent.

Some of his books I enjoy but find really confusing and can't really make sense of without a few rereads. The Three Stigmata of Palmer Eldritch, for example. But he's very good at putting you into the minds of his characters.

A Scanner Darkly is very good
and Do androids dream of electric sheep?.

I know what you mean - he throws you into the books headfirst. I spend 2/3rds of it going "huh?" but then suddenly it all makes sense.
