It's not healthy to forget to eat for 20 hours, is it?

if you're not hungry
it could be ok

I sort of was.
Except I didn't really feel any need to eat.

you're young
you'll be fine

yes, as it means people around you will have more to eat,
so the overall healthyness averages out

it's not advisable, but what's worse is that you could forget ?!

sometimes through working/drinking etc i can go for about 24 hours without food, but that's not exactly forgetting, more a choice.

I felt hungry, I just didn't associate eating with this feeling.
I just realised what was going on and went and did something about it.

depends how often you do it
just make sure you drink plenty of water and call it a de-tox

It's okay.
If you run out of bodyfat to live on and starve even though you could have gone and got something to eat, then you're a thicko and it's called natural selection.

your body burns muscle and lean tissue
long before it burns fat for survival. this is why fasting/extremely restricted calorie intake is no good for dieting

Really,
I'm just using this as an excuse to call him a stupid thicky.
