You're wrong JMG,
the people playing may be playing to get attention for next season, but I highly doubt any of them are playing with a serious belief they'll get into the CL squad.

Team is smaller than squad.
if they can't make it in the squad, they won't make it in the team.

For the 18 that are starting/on the bench, I think a good 10 of them will play no part against hull.
